Email eats a lot of time daily — and most of it is routine. When you dictate an email and let it be shaped into a polished form, you write it in seconds instead of minutes.
Dictating an email word-for-word is awkward — you'd have to speak full sentences, greeting and sign-off included. It's better to say freely what you want and let it become a finished email. That's the difference between "transcription" and an email mode.
You say: "tell Pete I'll send the meeting materials by Friday and ask him to prepare the August numbers"
You get: "Hi Pete, I'll send the meeting materials by Friday. Please prepare the August numbers by then. Thanks, J."
Partner Voice has an email mode: say the content and the app shapes it into a polite email with a greeting and structure — then inserts it straight into the field you're typing in (Mail, Gmail in the browser, anywhere). It works on Mac, iPhone and Chrome, with a shared dictionary via Partner ID.
It's free to download — try dictating emails.
